My husband, Mark and I have been writing our family blog since the summer of 2006 when we took our first missions trip to work with MAF UK and RUSH in Kenya for 5 weeks.
We called it 'Beckwith's Big Adventure' even though I wasn't officially a Beckwith until the December of that year! We knew at that point that that there would be lots of adventures in the years following and over the last couple have added both Abigail and Naomi along for the ride!
Initially we thought it would be a great way to keep family and friends more involved in what we were up to and once we joined MAF UK in June 2009 we committed to updating it at least 3 times a month so that our supporters could also see what we've been doing.
